How long does my order take to ship?
At Billie Blake Prints, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically printed, packaged, and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey every step of the way.

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
Express Shipping (if selected): 1–4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Tracked & Insured Shipping
All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking and insurance for added peace of mind. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

Currently, Billie Blake Prints ships within Australia only.
We are unable to offer international shipping at this time, but hope to expand our delivery options in the future.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We want you to love your purchase from Billie Blake Prints.
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Returned items must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging wherever possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In these circumstances, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund where appropriate.
